How our process works:

  • Complaint submitted via website or hard copy
  • Protest Justice replies with details of complaints process and relevant contacts
  • Protest Justice notifies local Complaints Co-ordinator
  • Protest Justice notifies the organisation involved that complaint/s received and is now being monitored
  • Complainant and Protest Justice collate case data
  • Complaint submitted
  • Complainant decides when the complaint has been closed satisfactorily
  • If no satisfactory conclusion is reached, legal organisations can become involved and a robust body of evidence is ready to hand over
